Returns and Exchanges
At NVU Boutique, we want to make sure that you have the best online shopping experience. We truly hope that each item you receive meets your satisfaction. If it does not, we’d be more than happy to help. Please refer to the following information below for our return and/or exchange policies.
Please contact us at email@example.com if an item received is defective or damaged, and we will take care of that for you as soon as possible!
We will happily exchange or refund any items that meet our return guidelines below:
- Returns must be made within 14 business days from the date in which the order was placed.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, not tailored and in new condition, original tags attached.
- NVU Boutique reserves all the rights to inspect and decide the eligibility of returns based on the above information.
- Items that may be lost, stolen, or damaged en route back to NVU Boutique are the sole responsibility of the client and/or the courier.
- In the event of an exchange, NVU Boutique will not charge additional shipping on the new item(s). If items are no longer available, a full refund is processed on the item(s) that have been returned.
- Original shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
- We will issue you a prepaid return label, once your return is authorized.
To process a refund or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
1. First and last name, telephone number, order number and item(s) being returned or exchanged.
5. Reason for return or exchange. For exchanges, please provide desired item name, colour and size.
2. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed back to you once your return is authorized.
3. Place all return or exchange items in secure packaging and please ship back through trackable shipping method to the address received in return confirmation email received from NVU Boutique.
