Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Most orders in Ontario arrive within 1-3 business days. For the rest of Canada, it can take 4-10 business days. For US & International orders takes about 5-12 business days.

 

Q: What if my size is not available, what now?

A: We try to have a stock level that will keep up with demand, but some popular items may sell out fast. Our goal is to keep up with the latest fashion styles & trends so we usually do not restock items once they’re sold out. If you would like to receive a notification if your size or item becomes available again, simply send us an email to info@nvuboutique.ca and we’ll notify you if the item becomes available again. 

 

Q: What if I ordered the wrong size, what now?

A: Don’t worry. Just send us an email to info@nvuboutique.ca with your order number and we’ll guide you through our easy return process. If the order hasn't been shipped out yet, we will update the size before shipping it out. 

 

Q: Do I need to create an account?

A: Although recommended in order to track past orders and easily place new orders, accounts are optional.

 

Q: I forgot my account password. How do I reset it?

A: Just click forgot my password here to be directed to our simple password recovery system.

 

Q: How do I initiate the return process for an item?

A: Just send us an email to info@nvuboutique.ca with your order # and the reason for your return. We will send you instructions following your email.
